Tom's love of dive bars stemmed from growing up in Philadelphia where as a kid he loved the neon signs of colorful logos from brands like Schlitz, Pabst Blue Ribbon, and Budweiser. As a marketer, Tom has extensive experience in the advertising, music, sports, and entertainment industries. That’s the basic version we told him would fit on this website. The big picture is, this guy has helped build and launch more international brands around the world than you can name. And he knows a lot of famous people. That now know he owns a beer company. Which we think is cool.

Jeff is all things creative at DBB. Over the years he’s been able to apply that creative thinking to some of the most recognized brands, causes and organizations in the world, including Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey, Molson Canadian, Flying Dog Brewey and Bell’s Beer, among others. Besides beer, he is passionate for life, for never standing still, for thin mountain air, winding singletrack, black and white photography, silk-screened posters and secret trout streams, for the simple things, like a hug from his daughters, for family, for giving back, for not giving up, for worn-out jeans, Triumph motorcycles, and a cold Dive Bar beer with friends.
